CASE STUDIES______________________________________________

Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar We were thrilled when our friends at Lincoln Tavern in South Boston called wanting us to work on a sister restaurant across the street. We were even happier when we found out they wanted to do Mexican. A personal favorite here at ADS. The challenge we faced with this project was turning a long forgotten early 90’s sushi bar into a visually appealing, energetic taco joint. (PROJECT)

Located just steps from Boston’s South End, Seaport, and South Boston neighborhoods, 14 WEST is one of Boston most anticipated real estate developments. Working in conjunction with RODE Architects and Saragosa Construction, ADS has been brought on to oversee all creative efforts. Projects include: Interior and exterior sign design, promotional sales materials, web design, photography, and much more. (PROJECT)

Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant in South Boston, needed a statement piece that would not only set the proper tone for the restaurant but visually define their commitment to the design of this project. The concept of an elegantly framed, Lincoln-era, vintage American flag was pitched to ownership and immediately given the green light. We spent weeks working with everyone from flag specialists to flea marketers making sure to source the proper flag. Finally this 70″x100″ hand-cut, hand-stitched 1863 Union Army flag was found. Assembly Design Studio oversaw the purchase, delivery, framing, and hanging of the piece. Promotional pieces and educational copy were also generated to support the unveiling.
