CAPO

Capo Restaurant is a lively Italian restaurant in the heart of South Boston. Built from a shell of a former dollar store, Assembly Design Studio sought to bring back the spirit of the original building (circa 1945). Through utilizing reclaimed wood materials for custom furniture and millwork, repurposing antiques, and adding classic brass touches, Capo feels like a modern take on a classic past. Some of the highlights include wood beams repurposed for light fixtures, vintage shoe rack converted to a bread shelf, custom oversized fireplace, and a 1800s vintage ice box converted to wine refrigeration.
