Let’s face it, we’re incredibly lucky to be working with this amazing restaurant group. Without the trust, guidence, and belief that ownership has afforded us, creating a place like Dalia wouldn’t be possible. We say it all the time, great food needs depth of flavor, and a great room needs depth in it’s design. Dalia is by far our most layered build to date. It had to be. Early on you could see the level of detail and authenticy that was being planned by Dalia’s culinary team. We wanted to make sure every seat in the house felt just as meticulously crafted as the food coming out of Dalia’s beautiful custom built, centrally located a la brassa kitchen. From the elaborate tile patterns that can be found throughout, to the signature lampshades wrapped in beautifully elegant fabric, many of the details included in the project were sources directly from Spain.
